Refund Policy

Overview

At Nazare Coworking, we strive to ensure our members have a positive experience with our services. This Refunds and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued and the procedures for requesting them.

Refund Eligibility

Coworking Packages and Day Passes: Daily Passes: Refunds are not available for daily passes.

Weekly and Monthly Packages: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of the start of your package. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Dedicated Desks and Long-Term Packages: Refunds for dedicated desks and long-term packages (3 months or more) are available if requested within the first 14 days of the package start date. A prorated refund will be provided based on the number of days used within this period.

Event and Workshop Fees

Fees for events and workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Nazare Coworking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the participants.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Use the form below or send an email to nazarecoworking@admin.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name, package details, and the reason for the refund request.

Review Process: Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Approval and Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for any packages or services that have been used beyond the stated refund eligibility periods.
Misuse or violation of Nazare Coworking’s terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of your refund eligibility.

Changes to This Policy

Nazare Coworking reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email and updated on our website.
